Automatic carboanted Drink Mixing Production Line

This carbonated drink mixer is designed and made for improving the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide.It has three tanks :syrup tank,water tank,additive tank,carbonated tank,Balance tank and mixing tank.The mixer is advanced in technology, even in mixing, reliable performance, compact structure, easy operation.It is suitable for aerated beverage firm of large, middle or small scale.

YFC carbonation mixing system is newly designed based on Germany and Japanese technology. This model adopts advanced process flow structure, high mixing precision and high CO2 content ratio. Suitable for modern automatic soft drink production.

Structure design:

1) Dearator tank: using water ring vacuum pump to create negative pressure by sucking air inside tank. Pipes have electrode points and vacuum pressure watch to set upper limit of vacuum, during normal working status, tank’s vacuum degree is always upper and lower limit. Dearator tank’s top water inlet mouth install spray nozzle to ensure complete water deoxidation in vacuum status.

2) Mixing tank: one of the most important part of carbonation system. It can automatically mixing water and syrup in certain stable speed. Also has the advantage of precision mixing and easy control of production capacity and ratio of different ingredients. Liquid level of water tank, syrup tank and additives’ tank is control by flowing ball and Pneumatic valves, which ensures the stability of liquid level, so to keep highly consistency of soft drink brix in different production batches. Meanwhile input CO2 to keep water from Oxidation.

3) Carbonation tank: CO2 pressure inside tank is controlled by top pressure sensor and electric box’s proportional electromagnetic valve. Keep CO2 pressure in certain range to ensure soft drink obtain stable CO2 content ratio. 4) Chilling system: our system applies external cooling structure. Use temperature sensor and transducer to control refrigerant pump, by changing refrigerant flow to keep soft drinks’ temperature stability and CO2 content ratio.
